A company is looking for a Technical Writer (AI Legal Tech).
Key Responsibilities
Write and maintain help center articles, FAQs, and user
documentation for the SaaS product
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer support
teams to ensure accurate documentation
Work with AI-powered content ingestion tools to enhance
searchability and user accessibility
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical writing for B2B SaaS
products
Strong understanding of AI-driven products and content ingestion
tools
Expertise in UX writing and knowledge base management
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear
content
Experience in fast-paced startup environments is a plus
