DescriptionSalary Range: $175-195kWhat You Will AccomplishWe are
seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of
Business Development to join our Capital Markets and Investment
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising
equity for our Evergreen Fund and other projects, as well as
managing investor relations. This position offers a great
opportunity to join an experienced team of dedicated professionals
operating in a highly successful environment and offers close
partner and client interaction. The Capital Markets team is
dedicated generate substantial returns for our investors through
investment in high performing real estate assets. The Vice
President of Business Development will play a critical role in our
team by strategizing and executing fund-raising initiatives to
support our real estate investment objectives. This individual will
develop and maintain relationships with investors, presenting
investment opportunities, and managing the overall fundraising
process for our real estate fund. Other responsibilities include
but are not limited to: -Fundraising and Investor Relations: -Lead
fundraising efforts to secure capital for our Evergreen Fund as
well as other real estate investments. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with potential investors, including institutional
investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.Strategic
Planning: -Develop and implement strategies for raising
capital.Compliance and Regulation: -Ensure all fundraising
activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with legal advisors to prepare and review fund
documentation and investor agreements.Communication: -Regularly
communicate with investors to provide updates on fund performance,
investment opportunities, and market insights.What You Will
BringBachelor's Business, Finance, Economics and/or related
disciplines A minimum of (5) five years of progressive in a similar
role, with a proven track record of raising equity for real estate
projects, Private Equity or Placement AgentsProven exceptional
written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with investorsMS Office Suite i.e. advanced skill
within MS Excel is a mustMust have the ability to work in a highly
collaborative environmentHas the ability to mentor, train, and lead
a team respectfully Ability -to -solve -practical -problems -and
-deal -with -a -variety -of -concrete -variables -in -situations
-where -only -limited -standardization -existsStrong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and
make sound business decisionsA deep understanding of the real
estate industry, with a focus on hospitalityFamiliarity with
managing a network of Limited Partners relationshipsExcellent grasp
of alternatives asset classAbility to wear multiple hats, perform
well under pressure, and self-initiateAcute attention to accuracy
and detailHighly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative,
independence, and adaptabilityExtensive experience with Microsoft
PowerPoint and ExcelWill have a track record raising funds from
global investors; ideally demonstrating experience in raising

network of Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowment Funds and Pension
Funds to the businessExecutives from top tier investment funds
