A company is looking for an SVP, Underwriter - Franchise
Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite credit requests in the franchise finance space
Prepare, review, and present credit summaries for approval
Collect, analyze, and maintain financial statements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or
accounting
Minimum 7 years of commercial credit experience
Formal bank credit training preferred with understanding of credit
and risk principles
Extensive knowledge of underwriting and franchise finance asset
class
Strong understanding of deal structuring and loan documentation
