Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX/UI Web & Graphic Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Iterate design and UX solutions site-wide while ensuring compliance
with WCAG and ADA standards
Execute design strategies and solutions provided by the Design
Manager or Senior Designers in live environments
Review published pages for mobile responsiveness and quality
assurance
Requirements and Qualifications:
B.A. or equivalent in art/design with at least 1 year of
post-graduation design experience, or 3 years of relevant
experience without a degree
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma,
and web builders like WordPress and Elementor
Experience designing web pages and display ads for B2B or B2C
products/services
Familiarity with compliance standards in design, particularly WCAG
and ADA
Ability to work within an Agile Sprint process and accept
constructive feedback
