A company is looking for a Business Development Representative
Manager to lead a team of BDRs focused on driving growth and
success.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets for the BDR team
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to ensure high engagement
and performance
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead
generation strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified
leads
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a BDR or similar role with a proven
track record in lead generation
1-2 years of experience managing or mentoring a team, focusing on
coaching and development
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
