Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Experience
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for Customer Experience
Operations to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
Design and refine scalable processes to improve efficiency within
the Customer Experience team
Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop customer
health scores and metrics for insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA
preferred
7+ years of experience in customer success or operations within a
SaaS environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of implementing customer success operations
strategies
Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
Strong project management skills with a focus on results and
execution
