Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director - Operational Reporting to
oversee the development and management of reporting systems that
provide operational performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a multi-year roadmap for operational
reporting aligned with organizational goals
Lead a team in creating innovative reporting solutions using Power
BI and other analytical tools
Monitor performance metrics and conduct in-depth analysis to
identify trends and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree
preferred
8+ years of experience in enterprise reporting, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Advanced knowledge of SQL, DAX, and data visualization tools like
Power BI
Experience in implementing and optimizing reporting solutions for
large-scale enterprises
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their integration
with reporting tools
