Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning and execution of the Quality Engineering team's
priorities
Drive the adoption of automated testing and ensure quality is
consistent across all projects
Communicate program status to stakeholders and manage change
effectively
Required Qualifications
10+ years of program management experience, specifically in Quality
Assurance/Quality Engineering
Experience with test automation and Agile practices
Strong leadership skills in managing vendor teams and
performance
Proficient in collaborative project management tools (e.g., JIRA,
Asana)
Ability to anticipate risks and proactively mitigate them
