Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Case Manager to ensure
platform safety standards and provide support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Review ride incident and user activity reports, providing feedback
and education as needed
Handle CRM support tickets and phone calls related to Trust &
Safety and education
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer
satisfaction and maintain performance goals
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work
environment
1+ years of experience directly related to trust & safety
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs
Experience in the tech industry, startups, or a similar two-sided
marketplace preferred
Ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy and
clarity
