A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Machine
Learning.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing machine learning team, fostering
innovation and accountability
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver the ML roadmap
aligned with business goals
Oversee multiple machine learning projects, ensuring timely
execution and quality standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing a software engineering team
2+ years of experience using Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.)
Background in machine learning frameworks (such as PyTorch) and
data processing tools (Spark, Pandas) is a bonus
Proficient in software development practices including testing,
documentation, and deployment
Experience in text-to-speech, speech-to-text, or audio libraries is
a bonus
