Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director, Business
Development - WECC / SPP.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and develop utility-scale solar and solar-plus-Battery
Energy Storage System (BESS) business opportunities
Establish and maintain communication with regional utilities to
position the company as a trusted solar energy provider
Collaborate with internal teams to develop market-ready assets that
meet utility customer needs and align with commercial goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy, Engineering, or a related
field; a graduate degree is a plus
8+ years of experience in the energy or electric utility sector,
preferably in solar project development
Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong
relationships in the energy industry
Relevant experience in the US renewable energy market and project
development is desirable
