Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Account Team Manager to lead
a team of account managers and ensure client satisfaction and
energy savings goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide a team of account managers to achieve exceptional
client satisfaction and energy savings goals
Develop and execute strategic account plans to enhance customer
satisfaction and retention
Analyze data and customer feedback to provide updates on key
account performance and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in account management with a proven track
record of client retention and revenue growth
Prior experience in a leadership role with strong team management
skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for
decision-making
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
Curiosity for the energy industry and a passion for driving changes
in energy usage
