Insurance Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for servicing large group clients and acting as the
primary broker contact
Utilizes ancillary benefits knowledge to address service inquiries,
plan amendments, and renewal negotiations
Manages the sold case implementation process and drives the renewal
process to enhance revenue opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
3-5 years' experience in account management or service role within
a carrier or brokerage organization
Understanding of ancillary products, including dental, vision,
life, and disability insurance
Holds an active life, accident, and health license
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to
organizational changes
