A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated systems across
multiple teams
Mentor and guide engineers, promoting technical excellence and
continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on technical strategies and
ensure system reliability and efficiency
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or related field; OR 12 years relevant
non-internship experience
Proven experience in back-end technologies (Golang, C#, Java, AWS
Infra); front-end experience is a plus
Experience building or leading platforms, particularly in Lead
Ingestion solutions
Recognized technical leader with a significant impact beyond their
team
Passionate about setting standards for testing, code quality, and
maintainability across the organization
