Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute category strategies for IT sub-categories,
identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation
Manage competitive sourcing events and lead complex negotiations to
meet business requirements
Build and lead a high-performing sourcing team, ensuring alignment
with business objectives and supplier performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related
quantitative discipline
Significant leadership experience in sourcing and supply chain
processes
10+ years of relevant experience in IT sourcing within a complex
organization
5+ years of experience leading teams and managing complex
projects
Demonstrated success in executing complex projects and building
collaborative work environments
