Job Description:
A company is looking for a HEDIS / Behavioral Health
Professional (RN/LPC/LMSW/LCSW).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor/manage incoming reports to identify gaps in care for
follow-up appointments
Contact members to complete Behavioral Health HEDIS assessments
Use established protocols and independent judgment to document
assessments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Behavioral Health or
a related field
Licensure as RN, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW
Behavioral Health experience
Clinical experience
Experience with Medical records/EHR systems
