Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate IV to
manage customer interactions and service functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage backlog and open orders, communicating delivery issues to
customers and internal teams
Investigate credit and debit requests, issuing adjustments as
necessary
Answer technical queries from customers and provide alternative
solutions using available resources
Required Qualifications
Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience
High school diploma is required; completion of an AA degree or
equivalent is preferred
