Job Description:
A company is looking for a PS Technical Consultant I to provide
technical support in a high call volume service desk
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical phone and email support for industry-specific
products and systems
Manage call and incident resolution, ensuring adherence to service
level agreements
Diagnose hardware and software issues, coordinating with internal
and external technical resources
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of Help Desk or related IT experience
Understanding of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with LAN/WAN terminology, IP protocols, and Active
Directory
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA
