Job Description:Assist new residential customers with set-up of applications and features on their devices and convey the benefits of an integrated AT&T solution. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Meet with residential consumers in their homes during their product installation in order to set-up their applications and features. Present customer promotions and offers. Present integrated solutions options to the customer and recommend solutions. Achieve sales and service objectives. Receive daily schedule for a specific area or territory. Track and report activities through established processes and procedures. Sell all products and services offered by the Company.GENERAL DUTIESThe functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:Customer Experience and Sales

  • Meet and exceed all sales goals established by the Company
  • Understand the needs of each individual customer and how the AT&T portfolio of products and services will meet and benefit the customer
  • The ability to upsell and transition warm leads into actual sales in an outside sales environment
  • Excellent time management and communications skills
  • Engage customers with the latest AT&T products and services, including but not limited to, wireless data and voice, entertainment, TV, and broadband
  • Engage customers through in-home product demonstrations and educate them on how to use all AT&T products and services
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customersSPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

        • On-line trainingOur Sr Associate In Home Sales Expert earn between -$48,300 - $57,500 + $20,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
