Key Responsibilities
Foster a continuous improvement mindset and provide mentorship to
the engineering team
Design, develop, and optimize data models and build robust batch
and streaming pipelines
Ensure privacy and security in data governance and advocate for a
scalable data platform
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, focusing on Data,
cloud computing, or distributed systems
Deep expertise in SQL, data analysis, and data modeling
Proficiency in coding (Python or other languages) and experience
with ETL orchestration tools
Experience with data warehouse technologies like BigQuery,
Redshift, or Snowflake
Proven track record in designing scalable, available, maintainable,
and performant systems
