Job Description:
A company is looking for a Genomic Software Engineer Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in bioinformatics software
engineering
Gather requirements and design software solutions for genomic data
management
Manage the software development lifecycle and mentor other
engineers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required); Master's Degree
preferred
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (Required)
Demonstrated expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or similar scripting languages
Experience with genomic data and analytical tools, particularly NGS
data
