Job Description:
A company is looking for a NESD BMC Remedy/Helix Developer with
a Secret clearance required for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, research, design, develop, and test BMC Helix/Remedy
software and integrated interfaces
Manage customer onboarding projects, data analysis, report writing,
and service improvement initiatives
Document requirements, implementation plans, and communicate with
customers and team members
Required Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience as a BMC Remedy/Helix developer
Expertise in BMC Remedy version 20.x or higher and ITIL
methodologies
Security+ certification required within 3 months of start
Must have a Secret clearance
