A company is looking for a NICE CXOne Software Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Designs and develops NICE CXOne self-service applications and
maintains add-on applications and API services
Analyzes business requirements and collaborates with end users to
provide innovative technical solutions
Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation and stays updated
with the latest NICE CXOne announcements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software design and development focused
on contact center technology solutions
Minimum of 3 years of experience with NICE CXOne Studio and
proficiency in customer engagement workflows
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java,
JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is
required
Certification in NICE CXOne Cloud is required
