Job Description:
Our client, a plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking a
full-time associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join
its team.
Applicants should have strong employment litigation experience,
with a wage and hour class action emphasis, and be comfortable
litigating in state and federal courts.
Experience handling court appearances, taking and defending
depositions, drafting complaints, mediation briefs, and class
action settlement agreements is preferred.
