Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel for
Industry Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal advice on contract interpretation, dispute
resolution, and product development
Draft and review contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers for
procurement and distribution
Represent the team in negotiations and collaborate on high-risk
issues related to compliance and disputes
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, licensed in one or
more jurisdictions
Significant experience in contract drafting and negotiation
First chair experience as a lead contract negotiator with external
parties is preferred
Experience with the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is
preferred
Knowledge of federal healthcare law, including the Anti-Kickback
statute and Stark Law is preferred
