Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a strategic vision for brokerage acquisitions

Lead complex M&A negotiations and ensure effective stakeholder

Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in leading mergers and acquisitions or
strategic growth functions
Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem and brokerage
business model
Strong financial acumen, including expertise in valuation and deal
structuring
Experience in managing post-acquisition integration for operational
efficiency
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire
cross-functional teams
