Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage credit balances, undistributed payments, and requests for
refunds
Conduct timely reviews of payments and facilitate resolution with
third-party payers
Initiate and process refunds while ensuring compliance with
contractual and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance
collections
1 year of experience working with credit balances and
underpayments
Strong knowledge of computer billing systems
Proficiency with MS Office
