Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Retirement Plan
Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of retirement plan administration, including
testing, 5500 filings, and allocations for a book of business of
75-120 plans
Manage Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) plans,
collaborating with actuaries and other administrators
Assist in preparing retirement plan proposals and support internal
sales efforts for new plans
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the administration of 401(k), Cash
Balance, and Defined Benefit plans
Experience managing a significant book of business for small
companies (1-10 employees)
Familiarity with DC & DB combo plans and cash balance plans
Proficiency with retirement plan software, including Datair and EBG
Systems
Experience in life insurance as it relates to retirement plans is a
plus
