Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Performance Analyst -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate customer needs into actionable business
requirements
Analyze data and product performance to identify issues and ensure
compliance with service level agreements
Develop and maintain reporting solutions, scorecards, and
dashboards for performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Health Care, or
equivalent experience
3-6 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Access
Intermediate knowledge of relational database management
systems
Basic understanding of financial operations and major accounts
receivable goals in healthcare
