A company is looking for an Individual Life Insurance Complaint
Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and document incoming customer complaints
Lead the resolution of complaints by collaborating with customers
and agencies
Consult with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to
ensure appropriate issue resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in Compliance or Operations with a focus on written
communications
2 years of Indexed Universal Life Insurance experience required
High school diploma required
Experience in decision-making that impacts operations
