Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Patient Advocate Health
Plans.
Key Responsibilities
Process and finalize pharmacy prior authorization requests under
supervision, ensuring compliance with guidelines
Communicate with healthcare professionals and assist customers with
pharmacy-related issues
Provide reporting on pharmacy claims and participate in regulatory
oversight and audits
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy technician licensure in the state of practice (where
applicable)
Pharmacy technician certification required
3 or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a managed
care setting
Ability to learn and master various software programs necessary for
job functions
Knowledge of medication management information systems
preferred
