Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist II
responsible for managing consumer interactions to ensure high
levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer consumer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate
department
Provide centralized scheduling services for clinics
Assist in ensuring patients can easily access their providers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of customer service experience or 6 months in Contact Center
Specialist I role required
Preferred: 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or call center
experience
Competency in required skills as a Contact Center Specialist I or
equivalent skills
