TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Fullerton, California, 92835 Pay Information $2,452 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Job Specialty: PACU Nurse Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (09:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid CA license must be in hand Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS Must-Have: At least 1 year of experience in a comparable specialty/setting Job Description: - Provide care to patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2. - Floating required between like units within the facility. - Participate in a mandatory 40-hour orientation. - Complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours. - Open to block scheduling based on manager's discretion. - Commitment to work three out of five major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. - Required to float across all facilities within the state.
