Job Description:
A company is looking for a Database Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and consultative conversations with
customers regarding TimescaleDB
Manage support cases from initiation to resolution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure
their success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or
equivalent experience
Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Technical support experience with external customers
Relational database experience at scale, including administration
and query optimization
Aptitude for learning new software products
