Job Description:
A company is looking for a CDI Specialist to analyze and improve
medical record documentation remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret medical record documentation to formulate
physician queries
Ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of medical
records
Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to promote clinical
documentation improvement
Required Qualifications
CCDS or CDIP certification required (or willingness to obtain
within 3 months)
Minimum of 3 years' CDI experience
Thorough knowledge of medical coding guidelines and regulations
related to the Inpatient Prospective Payment System
Basic proficiency with email and MS Office
Experience with remote connectivity tools and video conferencing
technology
